TRAINING TRIPS
As part of our commitment to providing our swimmers with the best experience possible, SCSC has twice had the opportunity to train at the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Swimmers attend the trip with their teammates and coaches, stay on-site at the training center's dorms, train twice a day in a 50-meter saltwater pool at Colorado Springs' altitude, participate in various team activities and enjoy off-site activities around the area.​
STROKES, STARTS & TURNS CLINICS
Throughout the year, SCSC coaches offer clinics for swimmers to spend extra time working on starts, strokes and turns while receiving feedback. These sessions will help supplement practices, and are not a replacement for practices.

These clinics are only open to SCSC members.
